YES, WE DO DIGITAL
REMOTE OR HYBRID FACILITATION
We love being in the room. When a team shares one space, the energy, the side conversations, and the shared focus are hard to beat, so in person is our default whenever it is practical.
But it is not always the wise choice. If your team is spread across cities, if travel would take a real bite out of your budget, or if you simply need to move quickly, a well run online session gives you almost everything the room does at a fraction of the cost. We would rather help you make the smart call than sell you a plane ticket.
How online sessions work:
We run the whole session live on Miro, a shared online whiteboard. Think of it as the wall of sticky notes from an in person workshop, except everyone can reach it at once from their own screen.
Your team works through the same structured process we use in the room: thinking individually first, contributing without being talked over, grouping ideas, voting on priorities, and leaving with a clear decision. You do not need to be a Miro expert. We build the board, guide every step, and handle the technology, so your team can put all of its attention on the thinking.
But does remote really work?
It does, and often better than people expect, because good facilitation was never really about the room. It was always about the process.
A structured session actually suits a screen well. Quieter voices contribute in writing instead of fighting for airtime. No single loud person can hijack the discussion. Every idea lands on the same board where the whole team can see it and build on it.
The outcome is the same one you would get in person: a team that thinks together and leaves with a real decision.
